Every word that comes out of her mouth is as delicate as poetry – like words flowing on water. If I were to mention one of the many things that I truly admire about her and also, wish to innate it more – her patience to deal with or explain something.
The story of the Professor and the Zen master that she narrated, still revolves in my mind – probably one of the very few moral stories that I have resonated with – solely because of her art of narration – again, with absolute patience.
“A university professor went to visit a famous Zen master. While the master quietly served tea, the professor talked about Zen. The master poured the visitor’s cup to the brim, and then kept pouring. The professor watched the overflowing cup until he could no longer restrain himself. “It’s full! No more will go in!” the professor blurted. “This is you,” the master replied, “How can I show you Zen unless you first empty your cup.”
